Workflow
This graphical tool allows you to document business processes and have myCaseLoad perform functions automatically as you go about your day to day work. Tasks are automatically created with target completion dates and assigned responsibility. You can let myCaseLoad automatically set the current status of your cases. It can even trigger notices or schedule delinquency reports.

Using Workflow within myCaseLoad allows you to:
